Watercolor house portraits are a special way to commemorate the place you call home, whether that be your current home, or somewhere from your memories. In addition to your friends and family, house portraits make lovely gifts for real estate clients and new homeowners! Choose from 5 x 7 in, 8 x 10 in, or 11 x 14 in. Below is a guide on what size is appropriate relative to the homes square footage. This is just a guide and doesn't mean that is the size you have to select, but know that larger homes will look less detailed on a smaller size(especially 5x7). 5 x 7 inch-up to 2,000 sq. ft.
8 x 10 inch-up to 2,500 sq. ft.
11 x 14 inch-homes larger than 2,500 sq.ft.
 
After ordering, please email a photo of the home to grantmooncreative@gmail.com. The photo should be clear, and at the angle in which you would like it painted.
